Designed by a guy that hasn't owned a TV in something like 20 years and noticed how many times he'd go into a public place and see the TV on with no one paying any attention. They've received thousands of orders already and he said on KROQ this morning that he hopes people don't "abuse it". Apparently, he never went to movies when everyone was fascinated by laser pointers either.
